Subject: Our pilot light is out and I’ve completely forgotten what to do; I need an adult

As you may have surmised from the subject line, I’m in a bit of a pickle. Our pilot light is out (again) and if I’m being completely honest here, I have no idea what to do.
I vaguely remember you lifting something in the oven and lighting something last time, but that’s about it. If I were a braver woman, I’d light a whole box of matches and just try to see what would catch aflame, but I have pretty bad luck and an even worse memory, so something tells me this wouldn’t end well.
I could also search on the YouTube for videos that may instruct me how to light a pilot light. However, my attention span is as thin as my capacity to remember instructions so I can’t guarantee I’d watch the entire video before getting distracted by a back-flipping cat or Missy Elliot music video (I recommend “Work It”).
I have grown accustomed to dining on the finer things in life – like my blueberry Eggos and raw pasta – but I’d like to start using the oven again.
Can you help me please?

Sure thing. I’ll stop by and light it tonight.
